For the majority of 2015, Nereya was part of a international four-woman team bringing the pioneering, free, inter-regional urban art festival to Jordan. The festival hailed acts from all over the Middle East and North Africa as well as lots of local talent. Around 1,000 people attended the two-day festival; coming together to dance, spin, rap and paint their truths around the city of Amman. It was a tough year but an amazing experience. In the end seeing kids and the community shredding in the skate park bowl and learning how to paint was worth it. Not to mention the heavy talent coming out of that city - keep your eyes and ears open, y'all.

Nereya wrote the copy for the press kit and indiegogo campaign (can be sent at request) as well as ran around coordinating on the ground during the festival itself. Many props to Malahi Ent. and Mektoub for bringing their idea to life - shout out to AptArt for making it beautiful.
